Yes. Many destination wedding projects can begin by email or video call. We can discuss your venue, ceremony type, colour palette, references and priorities remotely, then refine the floral design as the wedding date approaches.

We start from your wishes, the venue, the season and the atmosphere you would like your guests to feel. Photos, moodboards, colour ideas or even just a few words are enough to begin shaping a personal floral proposal.

For more complex floral installations it is very useful, because it helps evaluate proportions, light, access, timing and setup logistics. When a visit is not possible at the beginning, we can work from plans, photos and conversations with the venue or planner.

The studio is based in Ascoli Piceno, in southern Le Marche, but I create wedding flowers throughout Le Marche, Abruzzo and selected destinations in Central Italy, depending on logistics and the scale of the event.

Yes. A project can include bridal bouquet, floral accessories, church or civil ceremony styling, reception tables, tableau, scenic corners, confetti table and other coordinated details, keeping one coherent floral language throughout the day.

Seasonality always guides the proposal because it gives better quality, freshness and a more natural result. Some out-of-season flowers may be possible, depending on availability and cost, but when a flower is not suitable we look for alternatives with a similar colour, volume or mood.

After the first conversation I prepare a proposal based on spaces, quantities, flower varieties, season, structures and setup complexity. We can identify priorities together and invest the budget where it has the strongest emotional and visual impact.

The design takes the season and the venue’s backup plan into account. For outdoor ceremonies we discuss a plan B and choose flowers, structures and setup methods that suit the expected conditions as much as possible.

When timing, distance and the nature of the arrangements allow it, some pieces can be designed to be moved and reused in a second space. This is evaluated during the design phase so that beauty and practicality work together.

Every element is designed around dress, proportions, colour palette and personality. Bouquets, flower crowns, corsages and boutonnières can belong to the same story without having to be identical.
